Real peace comes from within…
- The Buddha
Welcome to your first step in this journey of wellness and growth.
Whatever challenges you are facing, I look forward to hearing your story and working with you to ease your pain and suffering. I am a psychotherapist with many years of experience, and I can help you find peace, happiness, and even joy in your life. You don’t have to do this by yourself.
Services Offered
Psychotherapy/Counseling
Whether you are interested in short-term therapy (to work on one specific issue) or long-term therapy, I will be a good listener, do a careful assessment, and then work with you collaboratively to improve your life and well-being. Each person is unique, and therefore, your path to healing will be tailored to fit your specific needs and lifestyle choices.
Consultations
If you are an adult child (or relative) of an aging person who is having difficulty being on their own, I can help you to figure out best “next steps” that respects the dignity of the aging person, but also addresses concerns of safety that you may have.
I have many years of experience working with seniors and their families. And if you are a long-distance caregiver, I can help you with the unique concerns and challenges you face in your position.
